Kaffe Tonic

This drink came about a decade ago. It was originally made by Anne Lunell, owner of Koppi, in Helsingborg, Sweden. It has since become a modern classic found all over the globe. We wanted to tackle the project of making our own tonic, and over the course of about 2 years we refined a recipe that we think is especially well suited for use with coffee.

Vanilla Latte

In English we use the word 'vanilla' as an adjective to mean "basic or lacking special features". We think that's a shame because vanilla is an incredible, deep flavor! To avoid making a vanilla latte that lacks special features we built a syrup using not only vanilla but also tonka, another Amazonian seed chock full of depth and complexity. We use both white and Demerara sugars to build body and clarity, and like all tasty things, season with salt.

Litmus

when we go to another shop, in order to see what they were all about we often want to drink an espresso neat, a cappuccino (to see how they handle milky drinks), and a black coffee. This drink was made as a way to present these drinks to a guest without having to have three full cups of coffee. We like to think of this as the spiritual successor to the 1&1.
